Something to ponder

Why do people sometimes say murder, sometimes homicide, and sometimes illegal killing. We all know that murder and homicide are illegal killings. And why is it that a person who kills someone else is a murderer, but someone who investigates murders is a homicide detective. Why not homiciders and murder detectives. Or illegal killers and illegal killing detectives. And the victim in the situation is labeled as being murdered, instead of homicided or illegally killed.
Something to ponder.

Tired of pondering. Bored now. Bye.
